The cancellation can not be done online.  Thank you.

A NO SHOW OR LATE CANCELLATION WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL COST OF THAT
BOOKED APPOINTMENT, THIS ALSO APPLIES TO GIFT CERTIFICATES AND PRE-PAID
APPOINTMENTS.
