Class: Theory and Practice:
Theory session  (includes manual)
Please note this is a pre-requisite class for the stretching classes
Meet at front desk

Theory starts at 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Stretch Session starts at 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Mats are provided, please bring water / towel

Cost: Theory ( includes manual ) $25.00
Stretch Classes $48.00 these prices do not include gst
